Destiny has over 1000 hrs of training and hands on experience in deep tissue, functional anatomy,shiatsu, prenatal, craniosacral, thai massage, functional bodywork, and is a reiki master. She specializes in working with injuries, healing trauma, and opening up channels to help one align back to their soul purpose. She is available for bodywork, private yoga sessions, private mentoring, and yoga instructor mentoring.
